APR Implementation Grantees
Reporting for the CCSPP Implementation Grant includes three pieces:
The information submitted will be reported to the California Department of Education (CDE) and incorporated into reporting about the CCSPP grant for the California State Legislature. Please only report on progress, activities, and expenditures from July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.
The APR should be developed by each LEA/Consortium's CCSPP shared decision-making team or council to ensure participation from students, staff, families, and community partners. The APR process encourages local teams/councils to identify and reflect on areas for growth, learning, and evidence of progress.
Only one APR is required per each LEA/Consortium. The APR can be completed over multiple sessions if needed, however, please use the same device and browser to pick up where you left off.
Check the tracker spreadsheet to monitor APR submission, updated weekly by the CCSPP STAC.

Evidence of these activities will be included in the APR for Implementation Grantees. Here is an implementation plan template from the STAC you may use.
Completing the Sustainability Plan
Required for Cohorts 1-2. One sustainability plan should be uploaded for each school site. Here is a sustainability plan template from the STAC you may use.
